| A Personal Note From Matt
| Dear Friends Thank you for your kind words about my move to Home Town Mortgage and about my newsletter. Remember that if you have news about events or fund raisers in our community please pass them on to me and I will publish them in my newsletter to help you get the word out. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions regarding the mortgage markets news, we are starting to see a "dip" into the 5% range on standard fixed rate mortgages. I will happy to add you to the RATE MONITOR list that I use to track a "desired" rate that meets your specific need. Have a great HALLOWEEN!

| 101 Halloween Ideas
| Needless to say, Halloween has always been a favorite holiday and coming up with unique ideas is not always that easy. 101 Halloween Ideas was created to share ideas, tips and tricks with others. | | Idea #1 You can carve some truly beautiful and artistic pumpkins freehand, but if you want to create really detailed carvings you'll want to use a pumpkin carving pattern. If you've never carved a pumpkin this way before you may be a bit intimidated, but don't worry, its easier than you think and you'll love the results. You can find all kinds of stencil booklets at retailers during the Halloween season. | | Idea #2 Old tree trunks or cut sections of thick limbs make great stands for your Jack O' Lanterns. | |
