"This 400-acre gated development about an hour north of Atlanta will consist of one- to three-and-a-half-acre homesites and villa- and cottage-style houses from 1,100 to 6,300 square feet laid out around vineyards that will produce sangiovese, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay and merlot. When it is complete, which is expected to take around five years, there will be 298 houses. All the villas and cottages will have covered balconies and patios, and some will include walled gardens and outdoor fireplaces. A rental program is planned for the cottages only. The winery building is scheduled to open in November. It will include the tasting room, the restaurant and an owners' club on its upper floors with climate-controlled wine storage and a rooftop terrace. Additionally, there will be a spa, a swimming pool, tennis courts and walking trails."

The Public Works departments of Alpharetta and Roswell, along with the City of Milton, City of Sandy Springs and City of Johns Creek are once again joining together to offer residents in these areas a chance to clean out their garages, basements, and attics and dispose of unwanted items at no charge.

On Saturday, November 3, 2007 from 8:30AM to 2:00PM, residents in the North Fulton cities can bring items to: City of Roswell Public Works Division, 1810 Hembree Road, Alpharetta, GA 30004.
